A sweet surprise
I had a wonderful weekend with my college friends. We are all pregnant and our due dates are days apart from each other. It's so much fun for all of us to be pregnant together. We had a great excuse to celebrate this weekend, a baby shower for Dana. Erica & Heather flew in from out of town to surprise her. It was such an amazing weekend and I'm sad it's over. Next time I see everyone we'll all have our little ones together.
Our due dates from left to right: Jan 20th/girl, Jan 15th/??, Jan 1st/boy, and Jan 15th/girl.

A really fun party
Last Sunday we went to Avery's 3rd birthday party and had tons of fun. It was my 3 girlfriends and our daughters at Glitter Box at the San Tan Mall. The girls had their hair done, nails painted, danced to music, did the limbo with feather boas, and ate princess cupcakes. R&R were in hog heaven. Here are some of the highlights:
Ryan's rockin' hairdo. It looked really cute on her. Wish I could style their hair that cute. The only downfall was the glitter they put in their hair took about 4 days to wash out.

Our other swim lessons
We were taking swim lessons at a place where R&R were getting in the pool with an instructor and they really did not like it. It was a battle every week to get them in the water. We decided that we would do some more parent/tot classes with the same instructor as last year. It went really well and the girls did much better when Cory & I were in the water with them. They even jumped off the diving board.

Dress up
We play dress up every day, multiple times a day. The girls have been real homebodies lately and I don't really mind because I get tired from the pregnancy and the heat. We've been trying out free trial classes at different places and that's been really fun, but when we're at home we're dressing up and playing in the playroom. A friend of mine gave us all her old princess dress up stuff and the girls are in heaven! Not only do we dress up, but we have to pretend that we're the different characters. I'm usually the Queen (of course), but sometimes I have to be the mean witch or the prince depending on what they've chosen to be. Cory gets in on the action too and he's always the prince or the King. Funny how they never make him play the mean witch. Here are a few shots of our playtime:

Dancing in front of the mirror in her Snow White getup. Ryan is trying on a pair of jeans from last winter.
Now it was Ryan's turn to try on the Snow White outfit. You can't tell in the photo, but my Minnie ears light up and the girls thought they were awesome!!!
