Ryan is 6 weeks post-collar bone fracture but I'm still a nut about it. I won't let her go on the swingset, monkey bars, sit on the counter (she shouldn't be doing this anyway but our kids always seem to be sitting on the counter), go in bounce houses (no big loss on this either but they seem to be everywhere this time of year).
She is feeling great and I know that kids heal so fast but I still want confirmation of the healing. Dr. M has been great and said that we could do another X-ray at 8 weeks just to be sure. Ms. Ry has met her $3000 deductible for the year so I'm all about going to the Dr. What's that? You have a runny nose? Let's go to the doctor. Need another X-ray? Sure thing. I'm not paying for it now. I mean I know we've paid for it but it's awesome to go for a Dr. visit and owe absolutely nothing.
