We went to Pinetop this weekend with the Allans and had a great time. It was so nice to get out of town for a few days and enjoy some fresh, clean mountain air. The kids had SO much fun playing together.

We turned over almost every rock to see what kind of creepy crawlies we could find.
I had the bug catcher open and ready.
Cory found a lizard that crawled up his pant leg.
Then he got the little guy on his hand, up his arm, around the back, and into the bug catcher. The kids were so excited!
We had one lizard, four crickets, a few potato bugs, and a worm.

Lizards and worms always make for a good time. How lucky that you were able to escape the heat.
